RETURN  POLICY

RETURN PROCESS FOR CREDIT, EXCHANGE, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

• Please contact One Way Safety 708-579-0229 for a return authorization number.  
• All merchandise needs to be returned to One Way Safety at 418 Shawmut Avenue,  LaGrange, IL 60526, within 60 days of receipt .  Items with Logo cannot be returned.
• You must include the return authorization number with your shipment so we can track the order and return the correct product back to you.
• All returns MUST have no visible extended wear, hair or dirt, never have been laundered/dry cleaned, have all original tags attached and be eligible for re-sale. 
• If you receive an item that is defective, the item must be returned to One Way Safety within 30 days of receipt.   Once the item has been received and deemed defective by the Returns Department, a replacement garment can be re-ordered. 
• The Defective Merchandise policy applies to ALL merchandise available on this site.  All apparel has a manufacturer’s warranty that covers normal wear and tear.  If a defect develops outside of normal wear and tear after 30 days,  please give us a call to discuss and we may be able to get it replaced by the manufacture.
